Project Description
EBS Consulting has had extensive involvement in developing new visitor attractions and enhancing existing facilities. Key projects EBS Consulting staff have been involved in have included:
Loch Goil Hotel expansion feasibility study and grant aid application, working in partnership with Highlands and Islands Enterprise
Development of the Trossachs Trail, a geographic tourist route connecting villages and tourism infrastructure in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. This attraction was awarded the Scottish Tourist Board annual Thistle Award for Geographic Trail promotion.
Redevelopment of the White Cliffs Experience visitor attraction in Dover, incorporating a recently discovered bronze age boat attraction
Development of the Clackmananshire Mill Trail, a geographic visitor trail in Falkirk linking working textile mills and retail outlets
Redevelopment of the Loch Katrine Visitor Centre, Loch Lomond to provide new and enhanced visitor experiences and revenue streams
Preparation of redevelopment options for the Greenwich Heritage Centre and the Firepower attraction, Woolwich
Development of a marketing plan for Royal Troon Golf Club to increase visitor income
Perth visitor experience assessment and promotional strategy as part of new area tourism strategy development
